． Early Arrival Information
Check-in time starts from 3:00 PM, as we need time to fully prepare and clean the rooms for incoming guests.
If you plan to arrive earlier, please let us know in advance whether you:
• only need luggage storage
• would like to rest nearby first
• or hope to check in earlier if possible
This helps us arrange the space more smoothly for you 😊
🧳 Early luggage storage before check-in is available for TWD 200 per bag.

． Check-in and Check-out Times
– **Check-in:** After 3:00 PM
– **Check-out:** Before 11:00 AM
． Additional Note:
Luggage can only be stored after the front desk starts operating. Storage is not available before the front desk is open.
． Front Desk Service Hours
– **Service Hours:** 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM; 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
– **Front Desk Start Time:** The front desk starts working around 11:00 AM. You can arrive early to store your luggage, and we will assist you with check-in procedures. If the previous guest has checked out, we may also hand over the key to you in advance.
– **Lunch Break:** The front desk will be out for lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and will not be able to provide services. Please note the time arrangement.
． Luggage Storage
– **Storage Location:** You can store your luggage in front of the TV cabinet, and backpacks can be placed on the bench. Both sides of the storage area are monitored by surveillance cameras. However, please do not leave valuable items such as mobile phones, wallets, or passports. We recommend that you keep them with you.
– **Important Reminder:** Please take a photo of your marked luggage and send it to us via LINE for confirmation.
． Luggage Storage After Check-out
– **Storage Time:** After check-out, you can store your luggage until 7:00 PM.
– **How to Retrieve Luggage:** If you return when the front desk is closed, you can send a message or call +886905972109 to contact us. We will open the door remotely for you to retrieve your luggage (no need to change shoes when picking up luggage).

您可於 上午 11:00 起寄放行李。若房間提早整理完成，我們會第一時間通知您入住。
櫃檯服務時間為 11:00–12:00、13:00–19:00（12:00–13:00 為午休時間，可能無法即時協助寄放行李）。
建議您於 中午 12:00 前或下午 1:00 後 前來，以便我們更順利為您服務。

．入住、退房時間
入住時間check in：下午15：00後
退房時間check out：早上11：00前
．補充說明
前台開始營業後才能寄放行李。前台營業前無法寄放行李。
．櫃檯服務時間
→11:00-12:00；13:00-19:00
→櫃檯從早上11:00左右開始上班，您可以先來寄放行李，我們會協助您辦理入住手續。如果前一位客人已經退房，我們也會提前將鑰匙交給您。
→午休時間：櫃檯中午12:00-13:00會外出買飯，暫時無法提供服務，請注意時間安排。
．提早抵達說明
如果您提早抵達，由於前一位客人通常會在上午11:00退房，之後房間需要進行清潔整理，因此預計您可以在下午15:00之後辦理入住。但如果房間提前打掃完畢，我們也會盡量安排您提前入住，方便您休息。
．行李寄存
→寄存位置：您可以將行李寄存在電視櫃前面，背包可以放在長椅上。寄放區域兩側都有監控，但請不要寄放手機、錢包、護照等貴重物品，建議您隨身攜帶。
→重要提醒：請拍攝一張標記的行李照片，並透過LINE告知我們，以便我們確認。
．退房後行李寄存
→寄放時間：退房後，您可以將行李寄存至晚上19:00。
→取行李方式：如果回來時櫃檯已下班，您可以發送訊息或撥打+886905972109聯絡我們，我們會透過遠端遙控開門，方便您取行李（取行李時無需換鞋）。

． A.退房當天會取走
退房時如果需要寄放行李，可免費寄放至晚上19:00唷！
如果回來的時候櫃台已下班，可撥打0905972109給我們，這樣我們會使用遠端遙控開門，方便你們拿行李唷！(拿行李時不需換鞋)
． B.退房後需要寄放過夜
大行李台幣100元
小行李台幣50元(超過20吋就是大行李箱)
